Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time: 3-7 working days (depending on location).

2. Shipping Charges:
Free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 999.

3. Tracking:
You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

4. Delays:
Ayur Lavanya is not responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, courier issues, or government regulations.

 

Returns and Refunds

1. Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used. You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery only if:
– The product is damaged during transit
– You received the wrong product

2. How to Request a Return:

– Order number
– Photos of the product & packaging

3. Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days via the original mode of payment.
